ÖNCELİĞİMİZİN SİZİN MEMNUNİYETİNİZİN OLDUĞUNU HATIRLATMAK İSTERİZ.
Ürün hakkında yaşadığınız durumlar için sizinle çözüm odaklı, MAĞDURİYET yaşatmadan iletişimde olacağımızı bilmenizi isteriz. Herhangi bir sorunuz veya probleminiz olduğunda bizimle ''Bize Ulaşın'' sayfasından ulaşabilirsiniz. Sorunun hızlıca çözüleceğini bilmenizi isteriz.
Herhangi bir nedenle satın aldığınız ürünlerinizden memnun değilseniz, siparişin ulaştığı günden sonraki 14 gün içinde deneme harici kullanılmadan ve karton etiketi koparılmadan iade edilmeleri koşuluyla, memnuniyetle iade yapılır.
Ürün kargo sırasında hasar görmemesi için lütfen iade edeceğiniz tüm ürünlerin iyi paketlendiğinden emin olmanızı rica ederiz.
İade esnasında hasar gören veya kaybolan ürünler için sorumluluk almayacağından, müşterilerimizi anlaşmalı kargo firmalarımızla ürünleri göndermeleri konusunda dikkat etmelerini öneriyoruz.
23 Ağustos 2022 tarihinde Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan “Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik” ile birlikte iade kargolarının tutarları alıcı tarafından karşılanması gerekmektedir. Bu yüzden iadelerde anlaşmalı kargo firmasıyla iade yapmanız, yüksek iade ücretleri ödememeniz açısından önemlidir.
İade onaylandığında, yasal süre olan 10 iş günü içerisinde ürün ücreti kredi kartınıza iade edilir.
Banka veya diğer kurumlardan kaynaklanan gecikmelerden firmamız sorumlu değildir.

If you experience any issues with your product, please know that we will communicate with you in a solution-oriented manner and do our best to resolve the situation without causing you any inconvenience. If you have any questions or problems, you can contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We will make every effort to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they have not been used other than for inspection/testing and that the cardboard product tag has not been removed.
To prevent damage during shipping, please make sure that all products being returned are securely and properly packaged.
As we cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or lost during the return shipment, we strongly recommend using our contracted shipping carriers when returning your order.
In accordance with the “Regulation Amending the Distance Contracts Regulation”, published in the Official Gazette on August 23, 2022, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. Therefore, we recommend using our contracted shipping carrier for returns in order to avoid higher shipping fees.
Once your return has been approved, the product amount will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days.
Our company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banks or other financial institutions.
