DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This contract has been established electronically between the SELLER whose information is given below and the BUYER who makes a purchase from the [ www.soytari.co ] website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's [ www.soytari.co ] website.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price including taxes and payment method of the Product/Products are as specified in the information provided to the BUYER at the ordering stage.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

1. 
   The product/products are delivered to the specified person/organization at the address provided by the BUYER during the order.
   
2. 
   Delivery time is within 7 – 14 business days from order confirmation.
   
3. 
   The shipping fee is specified at the ordering stage and notified to the BUYER.
   

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

1. 
   The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
   
2. 
   In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.
   
3. 
   The right of return and withdrawal is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation .
   
4. 
   Return shipping costs are covered in accordance with the principles specified in the legislation.
   

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT TERMS

1. 
   BUYER can pay for his order by credit card, debit card or money order/EFT.
   
2. 
   The product will not be shipped until payment is completed.
   

ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. 
   BUYER acknowledges that he/she has read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery conditions of the contractual product and confirmed it electronically.
   
2. 
   BUYER will check the product before receiving it; the product with damaged or torn packaging will not be accepted by the cargo officer.
   

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT

In case of any disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade; in case of disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts are competent.

ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT

By confirming an order placed on the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement has been drawn up electronically and approved by the parties.
