• Where is my order shipped from and how long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped directly from Türkiye. Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day and shipped with fast international carriers such as FedEx. Delivery typically takes around 3–4 business days after dispatch for most destinations.

If you are ordering a gift, we recommend placing your order at least 7–10 days in advance to allow extra time for possible customs or carrier delays.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments by credit and debit card only. Services such as PayPal are not available in Türkiye, so they cannot currently be offered as a payment option.

All payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure.

• What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us your order number along with clear photos of the issue, and we will review your case and provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund where appropriate.
